Appointments:
- Our online booking system ‘Vagaro’ captures your card details to secure your booking
- We do not charge your card until the day of your appointment
- If you are redeeming a gift voucher you must confirm with a card to secure the booking and this card will be charged if you cancel inside the 48 hours cancellation period
- To avoid a 60% cancellation charge please give 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling
- To avoid a 60% no-show charge please let us know that you can no longer attend your appointment before the 48 hour cancellation period
- Treatments cannot be reduced on the day of your appointment. You can however add treatments if we have availability
- To avoid a 60% treatment reduction charge please let us know if you wish to cancel part of your appointment before the 48 hour cancellation period
- Once you are in the 48 hour cancellation period you can no longer cancel your booking or reschedule it to an alternative day. You can however reschedule to an alternative time that day if we have availability
- All bookings must be confirmed by a credit or debit card. Failure to do this will result in your appointment being cancelled 48 hours before the booking
- We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure a booking or request that you book online to enable us to capture card details
Prices:
- Our prices our subject to change without prior notice
- Our last price increase was on the 1st February 2024
Children:
We warmly welcome you to bring their children into Polished during your appointment under the following conditions:
- Children must remain in a pushchair at all times while in the salon. This ensures the safety of the child, other clients, and staff members
- Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their children remain calm and contained within the pushchair
- Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pushchair to ensure we can accommodate it comfortably within our salon layout. Our team will do their best to provide appropriate space.
Treatment times:
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time with the treatment being charged at full price
- Please allow plenty of parking time as we cannot guarantee that we will be running exactly on time
- Please allow 15 minutes on top of your relaxation treatment time for consultations and treatment preparation
Polished gift vouchers:
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable
- Gift vouchers can be used to purchase retail or used against any full price treatments
- Gift vouchers must be produced on the day of your treatment
- Promotional gift vouchers will have their own terms and conditions and under no circumstances can they be combined with any other promotion
- Please contact us if you have lost a gift voucher and we will do our best to track the payment
Refunds, exchanges and complaints:
- Products must be returned unused, unopened with the seal still intact and in the same condition as they were when purchased to enable us to consider a refund or exchange
- Treatments are non-refundable
- Please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything you are unhappy about with regards to your treatment or salon experience
